"Real World" Experience - All coaches have served in leadership, executive, or C-suite roles in business, academia, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Best-in-Class Coach Training and Education - All coaches are certified through first rate institutes centered on a "whole person" approach. In addition, 90% of our coaches have an MBA/MA and/or PhD. Variety of Assessments and Tools - All coaches are certified in a variety of coaching assessments and tools, such as: Hogan Suite, Korn Ferry 360, DiSC, Firo-B, MBTI, Team Diagnostics Survey, Six Sigma, TKI, NLP, Intercultural Development Inventory, and many more. Just In Time Support - As part of our coaching package, coaching clients are able to schedule support in the most critical moments, such as upcoming town-halls, presentations, interviews, and more. Coaching Specialization - Each coach specializes in one or more specific coaching fields (women in leadership, executive presence, diversity success, leadership coaching, and more). ​

Your coach is committed to your growth and success. The main technique the coach will use is supportive, objective, inquiry and observations during 1:1 sessions in a confidential and trusting environment. Your coach may also suggest additional tools for you to create new productive habits, discover more about yourself (assessments such as 360, strengths, personality, and more), redefine mindsets (reflection exercises, role-play, simulations, practical models), and more.

We have a number of pricing options based on the coach you select (areas of expertise and years of experience) and how often you would like to meet. Because we take a high-touch and personalized approach to coach-matching, we will make sure to take pricing into consideration in this process. We are committed to your success and will work with you to determine the best option possible to get you closer to your goals.

During your first 30 minute virtual session with your selected coach, you will get to know each other and explore how the coach might help you achieve your goals. Together you will create a plan for growth and success which will include an initial number of sessions and potential additional resources for considerations. The first charge will be after this initial session and will cover the upcoming month. In other words, you pay in advance for the next month of your coaching sessions.

To discontinue your coaching sessions, you can simply notify your coach and/or HU-X main office at info@hu-x.com. We cannot provide reimbursements so it is best to cancel 30 days in advance or at least prior to the next billing at the beginning of the month.

Not a problem. Things happen. As much as possible, please reschedule appointments at least 24hr in advance.

Though it may be considered professional development, it is best to consult with your accountant to check whether coaching is tax deductible in your case.
