About the Company
HU-X is a new startup whose purpose is to improve the "human experience" at work. Our team includes 60 coaches, consultants, facilitators, and public speakers (all former leaders in corporate, academia, and consulting). We are looking for an intern who loves to conduct research and write about different topics related to enhancing the "human experience" at work.
Our services provide solutions on three levels (from "ego-system" to "eco-system"):
- Executive/Leadership and team Coaching
- Leadership and Management Development
- Systemic Culture Design (purpose, structure, rewards/recognition, DEI, belonging, values, leadership competencies, etc.)
HU-X operates as a Holacracy and the culture is friendly and collaborative.
About the Role
Researching any areas that YOU think are important in order to improve the "human experience" at work.
Researching the latest trends (from thought leaders, forward-thinking organizations, academia) and weaving them together in a blog that highlights the "human" aspects.
Editing articles and blogs written by the other team members.
Helping manage client relations.
Requirements
Fantastic writing skills.
Love researching.
Must have or be in the process of obtaining an MA, MBA, or PhD (preferred) in fields relating to people & work (e.g., Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Employee Relations).
